Each team must complete a Team Registration Form and return it with the Team Registration Fee and Accommodation & Shuttle Bus Fee by 31st March 2023.

Please follow the following steps to secure your team’s place on the Adventure Race Japan:

1. Team Registration Fee to be paid directly to The Mission to Seafarers via BACS transfer.
2. Accommodation & Shuttle Bus Fee to be paid directly to The Marriot Shuzenji via BACS transfer.

As the first bespoke maritime Adventure Race in Asia, we anticipate high levels of interest in participating in the challenge. Therefore, we recommend that you sign up as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. There is a maximum capacity of 72 teams, and places will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Team Registration Fee and Accommodation & Shuttle Bus Fee will pay for the cost of running the event and the sponsorship will go towards the Mission’s important work.

Each member of the team must fill out the Participant Form by 31st March 2023.

Registration includes participation in the Adventure Race Japan, full accommodation for the challenge weekend, 3 breakfasts, snacks for the two challenge days, Welcome Dinner, Halfway Dinner, and the celebratory Gala Dinner. The package also includes an event bag, official race bib, polo shirt, running jacket, running backpack, and more.

The team registration fee does not include the mandatory kit list, flights, or travel to and from the Izu Marriot Hotel Shuzenji.
